Coffee Tour

We talk through the whole process of coffee farming from bean to cup on our small, fair trade, Nicaraguan run coffee farm. On this guided hike you will meet farm workers from our community to understand their tasks that day, learn about the history of coffee, the plants characteristics, the cycles of how it is grown and processed, the global market and much more. We then return to the lodge for a coffee cupping & tasting ceremony and why not treat yourself a slice of delicious homemade cake.
